Disconnecting Instagram
Press Disconnect on your social campaign page in Kwudo, or remove Kwudo in Instagram under Settings, Apps and websites. Kwudo deletes at once the access token, your username, the permissions you granted and when access expires, and your automations stop.
Your automation settings and your Instagram account identifiers stay, so you can reconnect without setting everything up again and a later deletion request from Meta still finds your account. They stay until your Kwudo account is deleted. To have them deleted sooner, contact us.
Deleting your Instagram data
If you ask Meta to have Kwudo delete your data, Kwudo disconnects you as above, deletes your Instagram account identifiers and erases the records of the comments your automations answered. Their counts stay, with nothing that identifies anyone. Your automation settings stay in your Kwudo account until you delete them.
Your Kwudo account itself is deleted only if you ask for that separately.
If you commented on a seller's post
Open the privacy link at the end of the message Kwudo sent you and press the delete button. You don't need an account. If you no longer have the message, contact us.
