Troubleshoot payments and payouts
Check Stripe readiness, failed checkouts, payout timing, and the information support needs.

Check your Stripe status
Open Settings › Payments & payouts. Active means buyers can pay you. If Stripe needs more information, the page says what; give it there before testing checkout again.

Confirm the offer is purchasable
Open the product in Store › Products. Check that it is published, has a price, and lists nothing under Before buyers can get this. Your storefront also needs your answer in Settings › Business details.

Separate checkout from payout timing
A successful buyer charge appears in Sales › Orders before Stripe sends the money to your bank. Sales › Payouts shows your balance and your payouts. Stripe controls the payout schedule and may pause a payout while reviewing account information.

Collect useful details before contacting support
Record the product name, buyer email, approximate time, displayed error, and order status. Never send card numbers, passwords, or identity documents to Kwudo support.

- Kwudo cannot accelerate Stripe’s payout schedule or override a Stripe verification requirement.
- Change bank details in Settings › Payments & payouts; check payouts in Sales › Payouts.
