Create and deliver a digital product
Add a paid download, upload its files, and check what buyers will see before sharing it.

Create the product
Choose New, then Sell a download. Give it a name and a price, and add its files. Kwudo opens the product’s page as a draft.

Upload the buyer files
On the product’s page, drag files onto the Files section or choose them. You can upload several files, and Kwudo shows progress for each one.
- Supported examples include PDF, EPUB, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CSV, ZIP, MP3, MP4, PNG, and JPG.
- Each file can be up to 1 GB.
- The files remain private; buyers receive download access only after Kwudo confirms their purchase.

Add a cover and polish the listing
In Details, add a cover image (it saves at once), the name and the description; set the price under Price. Save with the bar at the bottom, then choose Publish to storefront.

Preview before sharing
Open Store › Storefront; the preview switches between Mobile, Tablet and Desktop. On the Products page, Quick look shows a product as buyers see it without leaving the list.

Good to know
- Do not leave a visible digital product without a file: buyers can pay, but there will be nothing to download.
- Deleting an attached file removes buyer access to that file, including for earlier purchasers.
