Manage your calendar and availability
Connect Google Calendar, choose the calendar Kwudo uses, and control when buyers can book.
- 1
Connect and choose a calendar
Open Calendar in Settings › Bookings, connect Google, and choose a calendar that Kwudo can read and write. Existing busy events are used to remove conflicting buyer slots.
Open Calendar settings - 2
Choose whether bookings create events
Keep Add bookings to my calendar enabled when each confirmed Kwudo booking should create an event. Turning it off preserves busy-time reads without writing new booking events.
- 3
Confirm the booking timezone
Set the timezone that anchors your weekly availability. Buyers see appointment times in their own timezone, while your rules remain tied to the saved booking timezone.
Review the time zone - 4
Set availability per session
Open a session in Store › Products and add weekly hours under When people can book. The same section sets breaks, how far ahead people can book, and the cancellation and reschedule cutoffs.
Open Store - 5
Review the combined calendar
Open Bookings to see confirmed bookings against your hours. The service pills at the top show one service at a time. Reconnect in Settings › Bookings if events from your calendar stop appearing.

Good to know
- Each session product has its own weekly availability and booking rules.
